I am still getting a few emails like this from attendees who say they are not able to reset their passwords or access their accounts even after they have cleared their cache and restarted their browsers. What should I tell them? Can we double check to make sure the link is working?

I was trying to login with the update email addy and no matter what
password I use it says its incorrect. Additionally when I try to click
"forgot your password" and get it reset, the resend button never works."
