Hi Michelle,

Thank you for looking into this problem. I'm using ymtranslation@gmail.com to access my account on my iPhone5 (iOS 6.1.2 I can't upgrade as there is not enough memory...) with Safari.

Every time I log in, "Your Schedule", "Your Dispatch" and "Community" are blank....still blank even if I hit Refresh.

It works properly on my PC, but iPhone will be all I have while I'm in the states (I'll be visiting from Japan), so I'd really appreciate it if this can be fixed. Thank you!

Hi Michelle,

I'm not sure if any help is still needed on that one, but just in case:

Could you ask Yukiko if she has private browsing enabled on her phone? The setting is in the phone's settings App -> then under Safari -> Private Browsing

If she has it on, we should advise her to turn it off.

Right now, The WDS website will not function correctly on iOS (any version) with private browsing enabled. Technically, it's because Local Storage (a feature we use in web browsers) doesn't work with private browsing.

Otherwise, the website seems to function normally under iOS6. I dug my old phone to make some tests with it and there doesn't seem to be any problem.

Please let us know if this is enough to fix her troubles :)
