Start to meetup suggestions, meetup text still needs styling #70

Here is what I have so far. The emails go through fine with a list of 5 random meetup names right now. If you wanna pull this and update the meetupText ASAP go for it, otherwise I will improve that piece tomorrow and it can be pulled in then
