Android Client Installation #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Droid 2 Stock ROM
2. QR Scan APK code for client
3. Run Package Installer (or via terminal as root "pm install <client.apk>"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Client installation successful.  Instead I'm seeing (from pm command) "Failure 
[INSTALL_FAILED_INVALID_APK]"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Remoteroid_130930.apk

Please provide any additional information below.
