Performance is calculated based on Mention Or Word. If the right entities type of word A is [NE1, NE2], while the predicted ones are[NE1, NE3]. If based Mentions the precision is 0.5 and recall is 0.5. If based on Word, precision and recall are 0.

The results we reported in our paper are mention-based, strict match, micro-average.
