Helios - needs to have the option to run much slower. #5

Since I discovered Helios (the best screensaver on the world in my opinion)... first for Windows when it first appeared long, long ago, and then latterly for Mac (as I decided to learn MacOS during Covid)... I have enjoyed it every day. But since Sonoma, and faster CPUs it now runs much, much to fast (well it does on my MBAir M2). To really appreciate the true beauty of Helios it needs to ebb and flow at the speed of slow breathing. And currently the slowest option is like someone out of breath. So, my "newbie on Github question" is: Can there a be a new release of Helios that can have a Speed setting that slows it down significantly more than is currently possible with version 2.1.1?

I can second this effect. On my MBPro M3, it looks like a badly buffered high-speed scroll through a video of Helios running. Very jerky on top of that as well. Setting the speed params to minimum (1) and the blur to max (100) helps, but would like better options.
