Replace The static footer text with new text #19

The request in #18 was to include the new text/link to the repo in the index and status templates but I also replaced the text in the 500 error template as well to stay consistent. I actually didn't split these into partials because I'm still a Laravel n00b coming from a WordPress background 😬

Looks good to me. You even thought of the error page. Totally missed that while creating the issue.

P.S. don't worry about not splitting the files. Maybe I'll create another issue from it and somebody else is happy to do it.

Ok I'm glad I could help! Maybe I can dig into Laravel some more this week and even open a new PR if I don't see that get created in the next few days :)
