authenticated user can click twitter and facebook share button to share status page /{github_username}

[x] Twitter: simple message, link, hashtag Hacktoberfest
[x] Facebook
[x] separate public facing route /{github_username}
[x] redirect to / if user not exists (authorized)

Hey, I just checked the PR locally and it looks really cool! Thank you for this great feature 👍

One thing we may want to do now (who knows how many people will access a profile) is to improve the caching in the PullRequestChecker. But I'll open a new issue for that.
