RTSP stream stops when no motion #33

Hello! Scratching my head on this one: if there is no motion on the video for the main h264, then I see the RTSP stream stops sending to my Blue Iris software.

The mjpeg substream keeps working, which has me wondering if its maybe a setting with the H264 encoding config for 'test_encode'? Anyone have luck figuring this out?

我用vlc观看一直是有视频流的，好像开启rtsp以后就没有移动侦测录像了，不知道还有没有人研究这个了
