SAVE_MEDIAINFO=0に設定してもmi.dbを読み込む #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SAVE_MEDIAINFO=1でmi.db作成する
2. SAVE_MEDIAINFO=0に設定する

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SAVE_MEDIAINFO=0に設定してもmi.dbを読み込んでしまう？間違い��

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.121212
Windows7 x64

SAVE_MEDIAINFO=0のときはBMS終了時にmi.dbを削除しているのです��
�、
頻繁に変更する設定でもないのでこの仕様でよいと考えて��
�ます。
もしこれではまずければまた報告してください。
