OSX/Linux Support #1

There is currently no support for OSX or Linux. I imagine this is just a
matter of building the native libraries and updating xFunction code to
access these libraries from Java.

After more work reading the source code it seems that there are separate
versions of
xFunction for OSX, Windows and Linux. Also the owners of xFunction will not
allow use
in open source projects. There in order to do this we need to replace xFunction
with JNA.

For midi I/O to work properly on OSX the freeware Plumstone midi library must be
available to the build.

Plumstone is required because Apple have not fully implemented Midi I/O in
JavaSound
on OSX.
