Make it cross compatible by removing the scsi part, only leaving the sysex programming left. #4

I would like a version which excluded the scsi part of the program, just for 
programming the emu.
It should be possible to remove all kind of os dependent bindings making it 
crossplatform.

I see it uses the JIDE library which seems comercial. that is a huge minus. 
Does you have evaluation or a copy of the library?

I could create the version by hacking the code.. but we need to find a solution 
to the jide problem.

dang.. i found out that the JIDE library was included.. so ignore that.. but we 
need it to be cross compatible on the midi side..

i have a working version on os x with the sysEx by doing some minor changes to 
code.
