[Feature Request] Allow custom routes to be configured in the Krimase config file #105

Motivation: I generally like to have directories like server and db in the src directory. It's definitely a stylistic thing, but would be nice for the future as the project grows.

Can't wait to free up some time in the future and start contributing.
