Generate an installation guide and update the documentation html document.

Initial inspection of current documentation (html page in "documentation" directory)

• Acceptable file extentions for bplist, x3DNAbp, and x3DNAparams formats
• Mention in x3DNAbp that comments are unneccessary but column formatting is important
• Mention in x3DNAparams that header formatting is critical
• Remove myosin installation notes
• Implemented force fields list needs updated
• Explain in Log file details that the parameters listed in log file are the Initial collection, not optimized; suggest moving example text to end of section
• If a section exists for force field packager, should have one for parser and topology

Upon following current build instructions, the attached error messages popped up.

Step 2 of "macOS and Ubuntu" INSTALL.html: $ cmake -S emDNA.git/ -B emDNA-build/ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release

Using:

• WSL2 (Windows 10) Ubuntu 20.04-LTS (just upgraded this morning)
• cmake --version > 3.19.6
• gcc --version > (Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu`_20.04) 9.3.0
