Run, Bike, Hike version 0.1.11 incorrectly says it's version 0.2.0 on settings page #80

The latest version of Run Bike Hike in Firefox Marketplace reports itself as "0.2.0" at the bottom of the settings page.

I believe this is just a typo in index.html on the 0.1.11 branch -- see here: https://github.com/nicodel/Run-Bike-Hike/blob/release-0.1.11/index.html#L106

Yeah, I saw that. Too much in a hurry to release the bug fixes. Will jump to 0.2.1.
