Can't always work when using standard markdown link #52

This plugin is very great, but I met some problems. It seems some of my pictures which were added by standard markdown link can't change their size by scrolling the mouse. But it works well with wiki link. I wanna know is there a way to solve it? cos the standard md link is important for my other plugins. THX a lot.
