Added Webmanifest #55

I added a webmanifest file. This makes the webpage "installable".

It does not provide any offline capabilities.

I really appreciate this. However, I feel this is a bit beyond the scope of this theme: adding nine additional copies of the favicon and hard-coding the colours on more than one place makes customization more complicated and error-prone, so I'd like to leave this to the acutal sites (these files can be added to the site instead of the theme easily).
