Use temporary directory for build #163

Currently, Shairport Sync is built in a sub directory of this project. This may lead to problems like #157 and #158.

Create and use a proper temp directory.

Fixed in 9ed8fdb9c54f4a6ac20c4e6508f0b9492da1c1bc
