Replace Pulse Audio with BlueALSA (again) #164

BlueALSA is included in Debian 12, so we can use a much simpler stack again.

Replace Pluse Audio with BlueALSA. This may sacrifice concurrent connections (e.g. playing Spotify and AirPlay simultaneously), but this is acceptable.

This hopefully solves some Bluetooth connection issues.
