Do we need schemas if they keep on repeating #4

This is the same issue of going from

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

to

<!DOCTYPE html>

Maybe there could be a way for schemas not to being kept on being repeated

The use of json-ld idea of schema could be an idea (but we would still keep on repeating the same "context")
