added missing stations and the elizabeth line #12

Resolves issues #10 and #11 by adding missing data for Elizabeth Line (technically not a tube line, but useful to have), Northern Line Extension, and missing Wood Lane station. Also corrected line colour codes to match TfL design standard hex codes.
