This needs further investigation but in the meeting with Enzyme APD, who have a GitHub organisation, no names appeared in the list of possible other users that a particular definition could be re-assigned to, which is likely due to the way access to repositories works with organisations as opposed to the list of collaborators for private user repositories.

This has been fixed as of the beta version.
