Versions-behind number not updated for old custer versions of same definition when a new version is published from the same file #31

If there are two clusters of the same published definition but they aren't entangled, and one is the latest and one is an older version, then when the latest is modified and published from there as a new version, the display of the other cluster is not updated with a greater number of versions behind it is.
