Depending on rust image limits portability #56

... to the arch supported by the official images, because rust is copied from them instead of installing it the official ways :

rustup fails to install on Linux/386 ( looks like it installs amd64) and arm/v7
Debian buster stable only provides rust 1.41 and cryptography now requires 1.45
rust image is only provided for amd64, 386, arm64, arm/v7
