Describe the solution you'd like add the release as a scoop shim for easier tracking of updates

Describe alternatives you've considered winget

Additional context scoop is the most popular package manager for windows utilities Scoop is to windows what Homebrew is to Linux & Winget is to windows what apt is to linux
