All the data should be shown by months (not aggregate) and allow a direct month by month comparison:

How much money did Service Partners earn (in Euro equivalent based on conversion rates at the end of that month)?
How many Service Partners completed a job?
How many jobs were completed?
How many customers were servered last months?

Acceptance Test: I click on "dashboard" and get a list of the KPIs specified below.
