As a project manager, I want to set a new rule for a box in my overview panel #53

The job overview page in the dashboard will have some boxes that display job that have some caracteristics (rules). It would be nice if as a project manager I could set up new rules (like having the status x during 5 days).

How I setup new rules would have the same UI as the filters
