As a project manager, I want to send the job information to potential service partner (short version) and the long version to the SP assigned.
The information should be extracted from the database and interpreted. E.g: When the variable "with_pause_interjection" is true, write in the email "Transcribe interjections which are used to fill pauses."
Output: txt file or email that the project manager can still edit
