Balance: Disable K2 loader train loading #9

Problem: Recent Factorio update enabled support for vanilla loader entities to load into and out of trains. This enables high-speed train load/unload with minimal downsides, rendering inserter cranes redundant

Solution Suggestion: Disable the vanilla loader prototype train interaction setting by default, with a mod setting to reenable it.

If this can only be done individually for each loader mod, prioritize the existing overhaul mods supported, eg K2 loaders; followed by popular loader mods eg AAI loaders, Deadlock's Loaders, Vanilla Loaders etc.

Loaders have different UPS characteristics and don't make inserter cranes redundant.
