Even though the XML lists 700 files, GSE says it only inserted correctly 530 out of 700.

Maybe because some sites do not exist anymore? Or some formatting error?

Some cleanup is probably needed.

Anyone willing to work on this, I would suggest creating your own GSE to try samples.
