Adds the files and changes to the templates and CSS for using Ableplayer. Some more considerations:

Poster seems to only show briefly from YouTube – no idea why.
Captions are only shown when they are not automatically generated on YouTube. Then AblePlayer can use the hosted ones. If there are only automatically generated captions on YT, you have to provide your own (local) file.
