Report a Problem/Feedback Feature #295

It would be nice if there was a common way for users to report an problem or 
provide feedback with a particular Glassware or card. As a developer for apps 
on multiple platforms, the biggest problem is that users do not know where to 
report a problem to or how to contact the developer. If there is a problem they 
write bad reviews, thus requiring the developers to monitor the reviews for 
problems. Since Glass is in a fluid state, any way for users to report a 
problem or feedback would be good. Bonus points if it could be done from the 
Glass itself.

Ideally if there was a way for the developer to know what tile the user 
reported a problem that would be awesome. 

I had originally added this to my cards as a send feedback action but in the 
process of submission was told to remove it.
