Don't close the "OK Glass" menu with head-tilt gesture #310

Turn Glass on with the head-tilt gesture. Say "OK glass". Look through the 
scrolling accelerometer-controlled menu. Glass turns off, because it confused 
looking through the menu for another head-tilt gesture.

This is sensitive enough to make that menu borderline-unusable. The gesture 
should be disabled for that menu (and any other menus of that style.)

they are the best place for such issues.
