Expose DynamicResizingTextView #314

I think this is the class that the Card layout uses, and is hinted at here: 
https://developers.google.com/glass/design/style/typography

This would be a super useful widget to have for custom layouts.

Hello,

Thank you for the feature request! In the meantime, you can use the Card class 
to build a view that has a properly sized text.
