What would be callback url, verify token and user token while inserting subscription #345

When i try to insert a subscription, we need to give one callback url where 
notification will be received. What would be this URL. Will it be empty html 
page or something else?
And what value should i give in verifyToken and userToken? And how to get the 
value of these token?
