How can I show file written onto Sdcard when connected to the computer

I have an Glass application that writes files on the sdcard after the end of 
the usage. 

I can access and find the file in DDMS or ADB, but when I mount the Glass onto 
the computer, I cannot find the files using the normal file explorer on my 
computer.

I can see the folder that I have created "Notes" (only after I reboot my 
device), but the files in there cannot be found. (though they can be found 
using DDMS or adb)

Any way to help solve this file discovery issue?

I'm having the same issue as well.  This needs to be fixed.
