Speaker issues #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Making a call
2.listening to music
3.just using the mono ear piece

What is the expected output? just work What do you see instead? the ear piece 
stops working randomly and the bone conductor starts up then it goes back to 
normal.

What version of the product are you using? EX v2 On what operating system? 12

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately, this seems more related to an issue with 
the product itself rather than the platform.
