Fastboot oem unlock no longer works on HTC GPe 4.4.2 #428

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.adb reboot bootloader
2.fastboot oem unlock
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: splash screen to confirm bootloader unlock.
Instead:

Hello,

I suspect you've found the wrong issue tracker. This tracker is only for issues 
related to Google Glass, not HTC GPe.  I'm going to close this issue.
