Add ability to rearrange and copy events on edit.bell.plus #118

currently you have to add events sequentially and it would be nice to have the ability to rearrange the events so you don't have to add them one after another and can go back and put events in the middle you should also add the ability to copy events between schedules

I second this Just being able to rearrange the periods / add a new period anywhere would be very helpful, since as of right now if you want to add something in the middle of a schedule then you have to add a period and then move everything down one until you get to the part of the schedule you want to change.
