Check Power

Old power supply.
Something about the "glow voltage", it will have best result using these together.
transfer to new connecteur with 5V on the left Using recommended connection 1

Install the power supply.
Fill up the cooler with distilled water.
note: yeah, outlet of the chiller become inlet of the tube, outlet of the tube become inlet of the chiller. That right.
Wind the black wire's counter around the laser red wire. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Laser-tube-hour-meter-for-K40-CO2-YAG-from-30W-to-1000W-4-Lifetime-OTAMAT-UK-/282390911473
And push the other end into the laser hour meter. Install the meter were you want.
Operation conditions • Water cooling: Using purified water; 2 to 5 liter / minute; water temperature: 10℃ - 40℃. • The operating environment: temperature 2 - 40℃, humidity 10-60%. • The working current: test current is 29mA. Maximum working current is 29mA. The running current must be kept below 27mA. The life span can reach 8,000 hours if the current is kept below 25mA. The ammeter indicating current must be connected to the negative electrode of the laser tube. • When it is working under over - high current for long term, the negative pole will appear light yellow, and the life span will be reduced rapidly. • To protect dust from going into the insulation sheath, please wrap it with plastic film.
Check if the door is closed, it would trigger the safety and nothing will append. Same as the chiller if not powered on.
YEAH, it burn baby.
As always, Be extra careful with laser PSU,
(actually, it's 40.000V)
It's High Tension power and it could kill you.
Next step:
to make some clean svg for these.
Then calibrate and test to cut this panel on mdf.
Calibration, ok enough
...\OpenfabNAS\000WORK\3 teams\Openfab.lab\Tools\Lasersaur\New folder\AlignmentTargets.svg
should go to repo toolDocs
