DB access restriction #6

I think, wery good will be add DB access restriction to config file. In simple use case, we using any database for private info storing, but one or two to public access from HTTP.

This maybe that (at config):

databases: 2

If option no set or null, default database is 0

For your information though, please know that the Redis lead has announced that he wanted to get rid of databases in the future.
