Fixes UI issues and also the Fiscal Calendar for December 2022

I'm not sure what's going on with my PR's. Every commit I make seems to be added to this PR.

Anyway, the fiscal calendar is wrong for December 2022. The old rule of every 5 years doesn't seem to hold true any longer. I have had to manually add the 5 week periods.
