Settings dashboard broken in 1.13.8 #89

The settings page will only display the About tab.

Clicking on other tabs does not switch/display them.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

Open settings dashboard on uBlock Origin Click on any of the settings tabs (such as Whitelist or About) Page does not 'refresh' to show the selected tab despite the 'URL' updating

Hi, I can't reproduce your problem. I have the latest version as well and the dashboard displays everything. My advise (maybe you already have) would be to uninstall it and reinstall ublock origin from the MS store. I assume you are also using the creators update as I don't see your windows version, (there were lots of bugs before the latest windows with ublock, still some now), which fixed certain issues. Also please make sure you got ublock from the actual Microsoft store and not the downloadable zip version. Maybe that could be a conflict.

Tried uninstalling & reinstalling with no success.

That's odd... I honestly haven't seen that type of problem before with ublock origin, even on chrome or firefox with only the "about" tab showing. If uninstalling & reinstalling doesn't help, then my guess could be that your Microsoft Edge browser could be corrupted. I would also advise maybe clearing cache & cookies. Close the browser and try again. There honestly shouldn't be any reason why your ublock only shows the about tab. Can you also please test on firefox or chrome. If it doesn't happen on either browser, then like I said Edge might be corrupted or saying malware/registry problem. Also try using ccleaner to do a registry fix. It's fast, free and simple. It's helped me with weird issues on my computer.

Same here, without a possibility of going to settings screen it seems useless for me, that´s really disappointing 4 me, cauz i like ublock.

are there any hints when it got to be fixed or what happens that the dashboard brokens?

yes i can confirm that the Problem is still there.
