The guard conditions of the activity diagram have not been enclosed within square brackets

The issue indeed exists, however we believe this is a minor typo issue. The readers can still understand what's written on the lines as guard conditions even when the square brackets are missing. Thus we believe the severity should be very low.

Reason for disagreement: Although the readers may understand what the activity diagram conveys, the entire point of having UML is to have a unified notation and non-compliance to this make using UML notation pointless, as you could have used any diagram to convey the same point. The severity is at least Low.
