Duplicate phone numbers allowed

When adding patients, I am allowed to add a patient with the same phone number as a existing patient which is unrealistic and this behavior was not mentioned in the UG under the section of creating patient records.

This is the intended behaviour, we deliberately allow same phone numbers to be accepted.

The phone number is solely for that person to be contactable, and it does not correspond to any login credentials etc. There could be cases where two patients are from the same household and one is dependent on the other for their phone number, eg. a son & a mother, the son does not have an email and has to depend on his mother's email. Therefore, limiting the uniqueness of phone number is not intended & reasonable.
