Feature/data loader azure #3

This PR includes:

An implementation of the Azure Loader has started, first implementation of data import of the following items:

  1. Subscription
  2. ResourceGroup
  3. Resource
  4. ResourceGroupInSubscription
  5. UserInResourceGroup
  6. UserInSubscription
  7. UserInResource
  8. ResourceInResourceGroup

@liguori I'd remove .gitignore files in each folder and I'd trust the root located one, no?
