Major changes:

  1. Simplified readme for first deploy (not the complete version yet)
  2. Changes to the deploy action: a) parallel jobs b) reduced number of secret because JSON format of service principal can keep multiple settings at once
  3. Injected the AAD Authentication parameters during the WhoIsWho frontend deployment trough settings replacement
