contact info & choose resume dialogue #122

There still seems to be a problem if there is an choose resume combined with contact info on the first dialogue. Otherwise works fine. This dialogue is fairly rare. I run into around 5% of easy applies.

Choose your resume dialog seems to be happening in 100% of cases for me
