Changes: Before it wasn't working, now it is mostly. Still needs to be monitored and would need some debugging.

Refactored code to make it usable

modularized functions
added webdriver manager for auto downloading latest chromedriver and others
changed refs to updated ones
added qa file for logging questions and answers (partly working)

Working on upgrades:

Auto answer questions (commented out for now)
profile path to skip auth every time (commented out for now)
added salary, rate to config (to be used later)
