Removed avoid_lock #76

avoid_lock() doesn't seem to do anything useful. ctrl/cmd + esc doesn't do anything when done manually, and the mouse movement left and right doesn't seem to be helpful.

Ran without avoid_lock for 3 days now with no issues.
